Important information about booking, cancellations, hygiene, and more
When you book, we reserve that date and time exclusively for your event.
The booking retainer is non-refundable once paid. It secures your event date and covers preparation and scheduling.
One reschedule request may be honored if requested at least 14 days before the event and if a new date is available.
Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 14 days of the event may be declined due to logistics, staffing, and animal welfare planning.
The remaining balance is due before the event date. If final payment is not received on time, your reservation may be released.
Special Circumstances
If an emergency happens, contact us as soon as possible. Any accommodation is handled case-by-case and does not change the non-refundable retainer policy.
