A booking is not confirmed until the required retainer is paid. The retainer reserves your date and is non-refundable.
Reschedule requests are subject to availability. Late cancellations or changes may result in forfeiture of amounts paid.
A parent or guardian must supervise minors at all times. Staff instructions for safe animal handling must be followed during the event.
A signed waiver is required before any child participates in animal interaction. Guinea Giggles may refuse participation if waiver or safety requirements are not met.
Remaining balances must be paid by the due date shown in your booking communications. Unpaid balances may result in cancellation of service.
By booking services, you acknowledge inherent risks with live animal interactions and agree to the terms stated in the signed waiver.
